Just curious, but I have noticed that for a computer controlled tranny, my 05 ram shifts more abruptly than my 91 oldsmobile (3 speed auto),my 83 trans am (4 speed auto 700-r4), or my friends 03 F-150 (auto with o/d)....is it just me? I am just kinda dissappointed that with all technologicalupgrades my 15 and 23 yr old transmissionsshift stronger and smoother than one that has only 20k miles on it.

Am I just being picky, or does it sound like it could be a programming issue?
