anyone of any age can do it, as long as you can swim, you can kite. it helps to have previous skills with wakeboarding or surfing, or even snowboarding. but none needed.
just find a local shop and ask about lessons.

i just looked up that shop, they look good.

like to see them teachin on the kites i ride for

Yea I live in Tampa and when ever I drive by the syway i see alot of people kiting

So snowboarding skills doesnt help that much? Crap, i will just have to start at the very begining then[X(]

no, snowboarding skills will help plenty. i'm just saying that you don't NEED previous skills like thoes but they help. it's not hard to learn, it's just a dangerous sport, very similar to scuba diving, pretty simple but dangerous if you don't know what your doing, and defenitely need lessons.
