Quick muffler question...

I did a search and im pretty sure I found the answer,but Im not 100% sure.Im going to do a weld in muffler ,I need a 3" center in,offset out for my 07 Hemi,would this be correct??

well, i dont think it matters really. its just preference. im gonna get the C/O also. so we're in the same boat
