Mopar folding tonneau cover?

Anyone have a Mopar 4 panel tonneau cover on a 06/07 Ram1500 6'3" bed?
If so:
Are you please with it?
Any problems?
Water tight?
Catolog said it can be installed withtailgate spoiler. True?
Any other thoughts?
