Can anyone tell me where to find the connector for the electric brake controller on my truck and what does it look like? I have a 2003 1500 SLT Quad cab 4x4 4.7 liter engine, it already has the receiver and7-pin connector but I need to locate the electric brake wiring under the dash. Thanks.

 

As far as I know, it's taped under the dash on the driver's side somewhere. I think it is actually taped near where your left leg would be, but not sure. It should just be a plug, which plugs into those wires that came with your truck for the controller.

 

yeah it is up underneath on the left side if your sitting in the drivers seat, just get a flashlight and take that bottom piece off and look up there you'll find it no problem

 

Is it a little square plug? I saw one there a few minutes ago but wasn't sure if that was the right plug. What do I need other than the controller to get this thing set up for electric brakes and do I need to do aany other wiring?

yes it is a little square plug, you don't need anything else, mount the controller, plug it in and lock em up!
