Default Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 Regular Cab short bed

Ok guys I have for awhile been looking at the ram 2500 with CTD. But i just don't see that as a feasible thing to get seeing as i'll never use it to it's full potential and it's large price. Not to mention I really don't like the qcsb or rclb. My preference is the reg cab short bed. I really like how the sport 4x4 reg cab short bed looks with the wheel/tire combo and the grill inserts grill surround and bumpers. But I don't like the hemi and auto tranny combo. I don't wanna get flamed and told why auto is better but I like stick shift more than nething and would rather take the small V8 and stick than the big v8 and that's final. So is it possible to get an SLT with the sports bumpers and grill insert. I know I can get teh wheels on an SLT but I don't see the bumpers and grill surround/insert. If not how much would it cost to get the bumpers, grill surround and insert and then have them painted and put on. I just think the body color bumpers and grill look ten times better than the chrome. Any help is appreciated.

Mine is a SLT, but do not know if they make em that way anymore. You can have mine for 21.5K.

You could upgrade the tranny, shift kit, ect.

So many complain about the slow shift, ect. There is a reason for it. It is a truck, if it shifted hard and you were hauling or pulling then the life of your drive train would be cut very short. I am with you, I like stick better, especailly in my SRT. If I end up buying a new Wrangler it will be a manual.

It's nothing to do with the hemi' trannys reliablilty or nething. I don't truly think there are many problems with it but I see that it's available stick shift and a small v8 and that's what i'd like. my dad has a trx4 4.7L six speed rcsb and I find the power to be more than enough. The roads where I live if ur trying to be going as fast as you can ur gnna end up just beating up ur vehicle and more than likely wrecking ur vehicle too. I'm still not decided if i wouldn't mind the hemi and the auto but i dnno. I'd love to have an srt but i need 4x4 where i live and the SRT would just sit. Mebbe when I get outta college and med school then i'll prolly have an SRT and many more toys.
O and I also own a wrangler at the moment. 1997 Se with the 2.5L and five speed. I love it. If i did it agian I'd go with the six cylinder but I must say i love my jeep. It goes anywhere and does exceleent in bad conditions. I suggest waiting till 08 to buy a JK. Lot's of rumors of a bigger engine or a CRD. not to mention lots of issues with dash scratching, getting into backseat with two door, engine electronics cutting out and such are getting worked out as we speak. But trust me you'll love it if you get one.
