Default Exhaust: Cherry Bomb Extreme Muffler

Do anybody have one of these on there 06 Hemi. Ive read alot about backpressure with the MDS and what not. Will this muffler work or will it cause problems. Some guys over on dodgetalk have them and the clips sound awsome, but none of them are running them on a MDS Hemi.???
