Default Helping a Friend

One of my friends at school has a Dodge Ram (i am posting here but I am not sure what year it is), but he wants to sell it becuase he can't afford gas. He wants to get a car that has better gas mileage. I was going to help him find a car when I thought about possibly altering the injection method of the truck. People use fuel injection and/or a water/alcohol injection in their SRT-4's and I was wondering if it is possible to water/alcohol inject a Ram, (pretty sure it is). Can you guys help me out with this?

I thought the water/alcohol injection was for boosted applications

I did search for the propane thread, but I got dozens of results. Most of which were about Hemi's and propane and Turbo Diesel on propane. My friend has a regular gas engine. I don't think it is a hemi. I also looked at ecofuel.com but didn't find much...

the hemi and the 4.7/5.2/5.9 whichever your friend has shouldn't be very different they are all v8 gas engines
