LOL Eltupac! Most will take place next year or so. Only the nerf bars and tints are on the immediate list for now. Good point though.

HansonHVAC: Yep! More ideas than money over here as well. Honestly, I'm so happy with the truck as is, after the nerf bars and tints I'm not touching a thing for a while. After 6 months of payments + one or two over payments, then I might start working on the bigger items.

I know what you mean. In the last 6 months I've gone from 24K in credit debt to just under 5K. 2K is being payed off in two weeks leaving 3K owed on a new 0% transfer Bank of America card. Once Chase raised my rate from 18 to 30% based on a black mark on my credit from when I was 19 or 20 I knew it was time to do my best to be a cash only kind of guy. It's not easy, and not entirely realistic, but after cutting up two of my cards leaving the one for "emergencies", I think I have finally learned my lesson.

Now that I've said my peace, what's a good vendor for Nerf bars. The B.O.A Visa card is emitting a golden aura and an angelic song from my wallet. (Prances off into the forest in search of Nerf Bars and salvation by way of MOPAR accessories! )

LOL!

i use credit cards for almost everything i earn points and then when the statement comes i pay off the entire balance in one check that helps my credit rating also. And as for a good vendor on the nerf bars, i will be getting either bully or westin. Leaning more towards bully due to a little cheaper for what seems to be an identical product. and i like how the mounting gear is powdercoated. Stylin conepts carries both brands as i'm sure you can find them from jc whitney and truckaddons.com also

Ilike the factory nerfs. Big 4" oval chromed aluminum. That stainless stuff is too heavy and it robs your mileage/performance.

they are alot heavier but i'd take it over the standard chrome anyday due to the rust factor, especially here where they put salt down

Don't worry about it at all Jake, 8 percent is good but it's not fantastic. Chrysler is making money at 8 percent so they're happy. I've seen new car loans at 6 percent in my area. Enjoy your ride.
Actually 8% (7.99%)at 75 months is probably as good as it gets. To get the 6% range you usually have to go 60 months.

0% from DC is always nice, but I think that is usually 48mo.

I was going to get the JL stealthbox until I talked to my buddy at the local car audio shop. I have done buisness with him for years (I think since he first opened) and he always will give a straight answer. He talked me out of the stealthbox ($700-800) and is building a custom for less than half that. Everything he does istop quality. He also said that the W3 that comes in the box sucks... no boom. He actually recommends the W1 in the smaller boxes. He has my truck tomorrow, and can't wait till it is done... I have been using a mtx thunderform from my dakota, just kinda sitting on my floor, since I bought the truck... it is going to be nice not having that in the way.

Go to your local credit union. Can't beat the rates. I bought my 07 Hemi through my credit union and got a 5.99% for 72 months.

i got mine for 8% for 72months when i was 19. i pay a double payment everyother month on the principle and bammm im less then 2 years away from having her payed off and only had her 9 months. plus i owe 4-5 grand less than what the market value is of the truck.

the moddin sucks sometimes cuz your gona stop and be like damn im hungary and broke as hell lol. i went with a cutout on mine because i can close it and you cant tell the truck is running and open it and wake the dead. One last mod to do is the cam install (next week) and im calling it quits. time to save for my evo-8 or 9. i figure i need the truck for work and might as well get somethin i can stomp corvetts and vipers with
