Should I buy them?
It is the actual on line update process that Pisses me off.
1. I'll get a different error code almost everytime, and it never updates successfully in one try. Usually takes 2 or more attempts to get a successful update.
2. I have seen this statement from tech support and users: Try turning off your Firewall, Anti virus software, Spyware, etc. I do not agree with that. I can't even begin to tell you howdangerousdisabling your Security features and running naked on the Internetis.
3. I thinkthe issue isrelated tohow the USB port is handled (in their software code) and probably an easy fix. (Just my guess)
When I was told to disable my Firewalls and Anti virus my resopnse is OK ask the SC network engineer to turn offYour (Super Chips) firewall and Anti Virus and see what he says to you.

Theyposted a list of things to do to make them a Trusted Site. Which I had already done. But it was a nice gesture on their part.
They never said anything about disabling their Firewall because you know that ain't gonna happen hehe.
