LED Lights
Just thought I'd let you guys know that if you're interested in converting all the regular filament bulbs in your truck to LEDs, here's an awesome site to get em from. It's www.v-leds.com and they have a link to where you can find the right size bulbs from Sylvania, and coordinate product numbers. Highly reccomended!!!
I bought some for my tail lights and had to buy load eqalizers to splice into the wires. Big headache! Without the eqalizers, they would burn til you took em out. I'd turn the lights off and they'd still be on. When I had two sets, they started blowing fuses, so I just took em out. The new LED tail lights come with equalizers wired in. I just put some on a friend's Rustang..
Sorry, don't have any pics.I took em off out of frustration.. I got em on eBay as well as the Halo's. Though I did get one pair at an Advanced Auto store, but they had only 12 LEDs shining out. The others I got on eBay had 18 I think. Six around the side to glow onto thehousing. They lit up a bit better. Quick response though.
do you happen to have the seller ID for the halos? i'm really considering buying a set, they look mint on your truck!
