any performance gains noticed? and how do you like the sound? I plan on getting one this summer, to give a the advantage of an aftermarket exhaust when I want it, and stock quiet when I don't (especially with the MDS exhaust sound issues)

Put it after the Cat, otherwise you will throw engine codes.
