The back 2 on the passenger side are the worst. Followed by the back one on the driver side. But not really too bad though. Like most engine work, it's usually easy enough to get the tool onto the screw/bolt etc, but it's having room to tighten/loosen that's a pain.
And of course you've got to either stand on the bumper, or have a stool to stand on along the sides of the truck to reach anything. If you have the stock air box, that'll have to come off before you can get at pretty much anything on the passenger side.
You'll need a 6"+ extension to get any of them out. They're in there pretty deep. Disconnect the wires before you loosen up the coils/boots. I found they were more difficult to disconnect if the coil had any play.
