Default Vibration during left turn.

I am a new member, and i just got my 04 ram HEMI 4x4. A buddy of mine has a 05 ram HEMI 2wd. He is experiencing a little vibration in the steering at slow speeds. It only happens when he is going less than 10 mph and making a left turn, and the steering wheel is only turned about 3/4 of a revolution. He has taken it to the dealership since it is under warrenty but they say nothing is wrong. If any1 has any info that could help it would be greatly appreciated.
