I just looked on mine and did not see it. EGR valves are usually on top of the intake but with the Hemi plastic cover you cannot see much. It will have a single vacuum line running to it.
You do know your 2005 Ram comes with a 7/70 power train warranty. EGR may be covered! Sorry 2006 and newer, 05 was the last year for 7/70.

As you are looking at the front of the engine it will be a silver tube encased in a black mesh shroud coming from the left rear portion of the throttle body and going along to the front left corner of the engine.
