I'm not sure if i wanna go with the mopar performance cam or 6.1 cam... what are the pros and cons to both ?

 

If the 5.7 perf cam would have been avail when I was building my engine up, I'd have run it. Is it avail now??? The 6.1 is a good cam but it's not the LOW END tq friendly truck cam. You'll know you've lost some low end chugging along at 1600 rpms in o/d in the city going up and down inclines. Other than that the 6.1 is awesome IMO. I myself would prefer the 5.7 perf cam just because of the low end tq it would retain.
