I spoke with a lovely young lady at Gibson Performance and explained to her the isuue with their bolt-on cat-back system. She agreed that they missed an improtant little detail in their product description and agreed to have FedEx pick up the exhaust tomorrow at my home. They'll send me a full refund and waive the traditional 20% restock fee. I'm happy and disappointed at the same time. Happy that I'm getting my money back and don't have to pay shipping, but disappointed that they gave in so quickly with not much of a fight.

 

Hey at least your getting all your money back and you now have a good exhaust on your truck! Its always better when it works out to your benefit.
