Anyone here had to call Dodge about a problem with your vehicle such as, continous episodes of the same problem? If so, who did you call and did you get a satisfactorily resolution to the problem? I'm specifically referring to mechanical problems.

I would appreciate hearing about any experiences anyone has had.

 

lemon law.

if the dealer attempts to fix the same problem more than 3 times they by law have to give you a new truck, something like that. others with more knowlage about it will explain more i'm sure.

 

I know I got a Lemon Law card in my owners manual when I bought my truck... look online for it. Make sure you get all of your documentation together regarding all the servicing that had been done, including regular maintance, and anything to do with the part in particular that you are having a problem with. Also use the Recalls and TSB's option on this site to see if it is already a known problem.
