OK... I just turned about 2300 miles on my odo and I noticed tonight that the top of the passenger side door panel has three light colored spots in the kahki colored plastic that are evenly spaced apart, which makes me wonder if it's the back side of some kind of anchors, it's on that ledge right by the window... am I the only one with this issue? Thanks!

Nope, I had this happen also.
There are little plastic tabs that line the panel up on the door. They have been crushed from a bad install. Have you had your panels removed to have tint installed?
Once they are crushed and the discolor starts it only gets worse. It is stress discoloration from the plastic being stretched out of shape. If you have never had them removed then take it back to the Dealership. Also check you other doors because you may see them in other spots.
