I'm from the southeastern part. Probably about 4 hours away from alexandria, i'm not real familiar with the alexandria area

pappy, the reason i say it looks like the sticker cover is i still see that lip to stick your finger under to open the cap. The only ones i saw with that lip when i ordered mine where just the tape on covers. Mines actually a bolt on cover.
