I also think the pw is over rated. I would much rather take a 4wd quad cab cummins, stick some heavy duty bumpers and sliders of my choice, a nice warn winch and some arb air lockers in there. It would end up more than likely being cheaper with better performance and a much better motor. The PW's cost what, $50K? For $50K I could build a really nice cummins.

Edit: I just checked out dodges website and an SLT quad cab, shortbed 4x4 cummins is $40K, the quad cab PW is $41K so I was wrong on the price. I would still rather have the cummins then dum 5 or 6 more thousand dollars into it and have a truck that gets better mileage and can still perform better off road.

 

oh yes i agree with u 100% i would also ratehr have the cummins because u can get the 6-speed manual . However i think u still dont get my point haha i was just trying to stick up for bishop saying its highly unlikely that he said that ccause he is jelouse... thats my point

Damn... shut the thread down. He's gotnice truck, it won't win any Baja races... we get it. Poor guy comes and puts his truck up for all to see, because he is proud of what he created. Of course he is going to be defensive when people goand bash the hard work and money that he put into his truck. Wouldn't you be defensive if someone trashed you for how you did something, whatever the reason for you doing it in the first place?

Changing the subject. I beat a honda Civic the other day. it was great, filled his car with a black cloud of smoke.

sounds like a heck of a lot of lift for just 39's.

on jeeps we run 5.5" through 6" of lift for that size tire and justcut a bit so that we can keep a low center of gravity for the rocks
