Default leveling

With the leveling system in the DIY (spacers atop springs) will I need new shocks? Have an 02 standard cab 2wd? I have heard both yes and no from different shops. I want to up-grade to bilsteins<sp> anyway, just need to know what length for the front.

This is the post that has the original write-up by TXST8tj. He talks about needing longer shocks.

This is a different story for us '06-'07 guys, but years '02-'05 will NEED longer shocks to make up for the spacers.

EDIT: I am partially wrong, they will not be NEEDED but are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Sorry for any confusion.
