Default front end unlevel side 2 side

I went camping the other day with my friends and had to go down an old trail with alot of washout/crevices/mini canyons.the next day. After i got done being really mad at all the scrathes from over growth I noticed that my driver front sits lower then the passenger front about 1in-1 1/2in, I think. After asking around and looking I believe that my torsion bar skipped a tooth or something......

If anyone knows for sure or knows what else it might be please let me know .
I work at a shop so I have access to a lift.
also awhile back I tightened down the t-bar bolts to level the truck a bit was this what caused it?

look under your truck where your torsion bar goes into the key, see if it looks like it may have rotated inside that key a little bit, then go to the front of the torsion bar and see if it looks like anything may have slipped or moved there.

Where the key goes in doesnt look like it rotated it but where it goes into the front it kinda does look a little worn out.
If it isnt the t bar what could it be? its not the air pressure I checked that could it be the shock?

I took out the t bar and it looked like it had spun in the control arm so I turned it back one tooth and put it all back. I adjusted it level and it was fine but now I think it turned again because my trucks sits unlevel again

yeah it does sound like it rotated, you'll probably have to replace both parts to get it back to normal. I definately would no matter what especially since you take it off road. Safety and it will prevent it from damaging anythign else.

Thanks man yeah I think Im going to just replace the lower control arm the t bar is hardened steel and its fine . I found a wholesale parts website and its only like $60 for the arm thats way cheaper than I thought it was going to be. I thought it would be 300+
