What is the difference between the flowmaster super 40 and the flowmaster 40 series and witch one doI want for my truck.

Lower number in the Flowmaster mufflers usually but not always= Louder
So the question is How Loud do you want yer truck to be?

i believe the super series are smaller cases not sound output ..i could be wrong though

not really sure but i bet their website would explain the difference. And on a side note i have the super 40 on my truck and love it.

If you look at the noise meter on their site the super 44 is the loudest followed by the super 40 then the regular 40.

Remember if you have a v6, it will not sound like a HEMI.
