freeway kickdown with 4.56 gears

i have an 03 quadcab hemi with headers intake exhaust and programer i recently changed to 4.56 gears from 3.92 and lost the ability to have full kick down from 65 mph it only drops the overdrive not the full gear like it used to with the old gears i belive its due to the rpm increase does any one have any ideas to fix this problem so i can have full kick down at least to 75 mph
