Default Bad wheel Bearing at 45k?

Well i think this is odd that I have a bad wheel bearing at 45k miles on my truck. Also i called Napa and they told me its $388.00 for a new one. Anyone else have this happen to thier truck so fast? Also anyone have another suggestion to get a cheaper and/or better than napa. So far i have pricing from dealer($459), Advance Auto($395) and Napa ($388).

Which wheel? Rear should be covered under the drive train warranty.

I had to replace both the fronts on mine. I am really dissapointed with it! The left one seperated at 30,000 miles. Truck had tobe towed. Then theright one causing a vibration at 31,250 miles. I have an 03 1500 4x4. Front anti locks. Truck is stock and never been driven off road. Dealer list in Canada for the bearingis $339.00. Should be cheaper in U.S.A.
