Man we have come along way from that 8 track I had in my first hot rod. LOL. Looks cool do you have to be in park for the DVD to work up front. I only ask because some units are like that.

 

humm didnt think of that, how can I find out? Even if it does that wont effect me getting it, I wont be watching it when Im driving anyways

 

I would do a search on the internet for the model number. im sure you can download the users manual which would tell you. The reason I asked is if the passenger wanted to watvh while on a trip. Good luck it does look like a nice unit.

 

dvd will only play while in park. I almost got the KD-AVX11 but opted for a standard h/u from kenwood.

 

you can bypass that feature on most units
