If you're considering an 08, I would wait on the 09's to come out. Then the dealerships will be begging people to take the 08's, and some people will probably get a hell of a deal.

Too computerized??? lol... Unfortunantly all cars are like that nowadays, time to bite the bullet and accept it. I'm not sure what kind of problems you've been having with your 08, however my 07 has been a rock in the 14,000 miles I've owned her...

ya def wait for the 09s if your wanting sumthing new. the 08s are basically the same as the 07s. the 09s will have a dual exhaust option, 380ish hp, new cab configuration, slanted front end and storage compartments in the bed sides. prob perty expensive tho

I don't think you have to wait to get a good deal, a soft market and a lot of competion (new Chevy and Toyota half tons) means good deals can be had now. There are photos and video of the newly unveiled '09's posted, you can decide if it's something you want to wait for. There have been reports that the '09 4.7's will no longer be available with the 6 speed manual, only the 3.7's. So if a manual is perferred then '08 might be the way to go. Again thats been in some magazine articles, but I don't know if Dodge has ever confirmed it. The 5.7's are slated for a boost in HP, much like what the 4.7's got in '08 (4.7's are now 300+ HP). Happy shopping!
