Default Line-X pricing??

I want to get the Line-X done on the Ram. I have been calling around and have been getting very diffrent pricing on this. I'm looking to get the bed done without the rails. I have been quoted $490 plus tax ...to $575 plus tax ( w/o rails). I was wondering what you guys who have it done, paid for yours....are there any hook-ups? on this site...I'm in the South Florida area.

Anyway...do the prices sound fair?

Lotta threads on this topic. Do a search. Check references on thier work. The cheap dealer maybe sloppier or spray alot thinner than the more expensive place. It may also do good to actually look at some of thier jobs. I had mine done at a "reputable" place and I know they sprayed way thinner than I've seen or expected. I do have a gaurantee to back it up. Don't check the internet, check your friends/area.

I got mine done for $400 over the rails about 6 months ago. I'm in North Mississippi and had to drive 2.5 hours south to get it done...But I don't regret it. Best thing I've done to my truck yet. It even survived an 1100 lb. upright piano I moved for a friend. The liner made it without a scracth, but the bed itself has a couple of indentions.

$450 over the rails Cocoa, FL a year ago.

The pisser was he gave me a couple of $50 off coupons to give to my friends. So if I'd have known that I'd have been looking for someone who had recently had it done and scored a coupon. Hehe

Mine was sprayed on pretty thick and I have done some crazy crap to it and not damaged it.

i payed 450 for mine but a notice to everyone avoid the line-x guy in corona ca i had to have the first one ripped out and i had to have re-done because of bubbles and the liner actually caused rust on a crack in the coroner! so now on top of what the hell is under the second coat i have lots of overspray and a few dents thanks to that bastard
