Hello, I am new here. Just got a new 2007 1500 4x4 last week. I want to go down to 17 inch wheels from the 20's that are on it. Will the following work and does anybody have pics of the following combo. Also should I get a 17x8 or a 17x9 wheel. The tires areLT305/65R17 listed at 32.6 inches tall.

Also if anybody is interested I will be selling my current wheels and tires. They are stock non-crome 20" wheels with the tires. I am near Austin, TX. Also looking for a stock grey grill to replace the crome one I have now.

 

yes that combo will work on your truck. Both rim sizes will work, but personally i'd go with the 9" with a 12" wide tire...

 

I'd agree. I like wider rims than narrow rims.
