Default RAM 1500 HEADLIGHTS IMPROVE??

HI EVERYBODY

I AM NEW TO THIS FORUM, I OWN A 2007 RAM 1500 5.7 HEMI. I HAVE TO DRIVE A LOT AT NIGHT TIME AND I THINK THE HEADLIGHTS OF THE RAM ARE ONE OF THE WORST I´VE SEEN. DO ANYONE KNOW HOW CAN I IMPROVE THEM? I WAS LOOKING FOR HIR BULBS BUT SEEM THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN H13, I READ HID LIGHTS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR OEM HOUSINGS AND I CANT FIND SOME HID SYSTEM THAT INCLUDES HOUSING OR PROYECTION LAMPS FOR THIS TRUCK...

you dont need projections to use hid's...sure they will help keep all the light concentrated more, but just hid's would be a huge improvement. i have silverstars in my headlights and fogs and they made a huge differance...its been a while though and i feel my headlights have faded but my fogs have stayed just as bright...here in a little while i am going to buy some hid's...already have them picked out, just gotta wait, ive spent too much on the truck recently

I dont know what year Ram you have, but finding any type of aftermarket H-13's is difficult.I wanted the Silverstars as well, but I dont think they come in H-13.

The silverstars are availible in H13's individually I just put some in last week. I got them at Advance Auto. They are just hard to find because they are statndard in both the f-150 and the new mustang. They will not dissapoint but definitely change out the fogs too if ya have them. I paid 20 a piece for the headlights and 38 for a 2 pack of fogs. I'm at work and all photosites are filtered or I'd post pics. I'll try and get a couple up tomorrow.

What kind of night driving? In town with mostly low beams I'd suggest the HIDs or the Silverstarsor out in the country with high beams, add the Hellas in the grill and you'll be set!
