I have a 03 ram.......You have to take the big air box off the top of the motor, then they are down in the heads on each side with big plastic plugs going over them with wires coming out......they arent that bad to change.

I've heard anything from $150-$350. Are you approaching the 30K mark? If you are capable of changing your own let me know and I'll try to help you out. They are located under those coil packs on your valve covers. You need a trq wrench and a flexible body along with 16 sparkplugs.[8D]
