Ok I was out lookin at my 04 ram and noticed the front vailance under the bumper is hanging down a bit in the corner. Turns out the plastic broke around the screw holding it on. Is anyone runnin without this thing and how does it look? (pics if possible) Im debating on taking it off or if it would look better with it on. So what yall think?

 

im planning on taking mine off, just havent had time to do so yet. Power wagons don't come with them and i've seen quite a few trucks around here without them. Can't imagine it would be a problem.

 

Wheni bought my 04 used it was missing the lower valance. It doesnt look bad but i would like to put one back on, Hanson if you would like to get rid of yours I might be interested.

 

When my truck was stolen, they obviously ran the truck up on something and bout ripped the whole thing off!There are about 8 clips that pop into the underside of the bumper. Pull it down to about the middle of the bumper and then pull that edge outwards toward the side until the screw bracket goes back into the hole. Then push it back flush at the clips.

I do like the look without... Kinda seems....... a....... little more intimidating?

 

I agree... it is a nice look... especially when you have all the chrome up front (without the sport package). Bltp, have you plugged you licence plate holes yet... still gotta make it to the hardware store and look for some carriage bolts that would make those holes go away.

 

Ha.....Never thought about it..............gotta put that on the list.

 

after seeing it with out. i might just have to take mine off tomarow.
