why are some leveling kits for 1in, 1.5in, 2in, 2.5in? how can the truck be leveled if they are all different heights.....? and if the leveling kit says its for 4wd, does it only fit 4wd trucks or can it fit a 2wd truck? or do some fit and others dont?

 

They are all called leveling kits. It just depends on the stance that you want. Usually 2"makes the truck level.There will be different kits for different trucks.

 

4wd drive means its only for 4wd. If you werebetween 02 and 05 4wd has IFS with would mean new torsion keys where as 2wd would use spacers. as for your 07 im not positive, i know its not ifs though

 

Stop.....strike that......reverse it. 02-05 uses torsion bars where 06-07 uses IFS via a coilover setup. 2wds are your conventional coil spring and seperate shock.

 

i think thats what i just said, except for the fact i wasnt sure about the 06-07 02-05 is IFS im not sure if your saying its not or what?

 

Just a little confusion on the wording. IFS - Independant Front Suspension. Regardless (I'm a little tarded right now) 02-05 uses torsion bars where 06-07 does not at all because they use a coil-over setup. Sorry for the confusion.
