Default lookin to buy a 2003 dodge please posts suggestions

hi, im lookin to buy uncles 2003 dodge 1500 slt 4x4hemi qc truck for around 10,000. It has 73000 miles. It needs parts like everyother 5 yr old truck. I noticed that it needs tires, brake/rotors, a radiator(new cars hav plastic ones that suck), and others that are small. I am lookin to put black bumpers, black grill and wheels in the future. I am only 16 so do you guys think this would be a good truck even though it need parts. Oh and it has a motorhome hitch so its been towed to havasu multiple times.

I love my 03, but yeah, hemi gas mileage is ****. Helluva truck though, coming from someone who never had a desire to own a truck before.

if its been towed alot, changed the differential fluids, and check all the bearings as well. it may be in neutral but the bearings will wear when being towed.
