amsoil 5w30 full syntheticwith an amsoil filter, not on your list tho...

i use castrol 5-30 synthetic and k&n oil filters year around.

I have used Castrol GTX 15/40 as long as I have been driving. As long as I can remember my dad has used it too. I think it is a good oil to use
