which soft covers will fit a 06 with the tailgate cap on it??? i dont want to have to take that off or put snaps on to it...

 

Most, if not all, should fit. The tonneau wiil not attach to the tailgate, but to a support bar that sits over the tailgate. You will be able to open the tailgate without peeling the cover back.

 

I have no problem with my soft tonneau on my 06. it just makes it a little hard to close the tailgate at first because of the weatherstripping. another tip is to always make sure ur gate is closed all the way....i thought mine was once, but it was just held on by the weatherstripping of the cover it didn't latch....and while drive home from a scuba trip i lost two of my tanks [&:]luckily they didn't hit ne cars behind me but ever since that day i always double check the my tailgate is latched shut lol
