widening the factory 20s

Default widening the factory 20s

does anyone know if its possible to widen the factory 20s, or of anyone that can do this?

I think you can fit 305/55/20 which is about .2 inch taller and wider.

We have a couple of shops where I live that do repairs to Aluminum rims and probably could modiy the 20" rim. They specialize in repair and refinishing.

Stockton Wheels out of California. They usually have a add in the back of 4 Wheel & Offroad, or FourWheeler. They have been around for a while so they must do something right.

i cant imagine that it would be much cheaper to widen your facotry 20's, i would think it would almost be chaper to just buy new rims, but whatever you like, just my opinion though

What you are asking, like about anything else, CAN be done, but it is not economically. It will cost MORE than a good set of aftermarket aluminum wheels, without the potential for failure.

Sell what you have and buy something else you like.
