Careful with Jiffy Lube actually doing what they said they are doing but most lube shops charge $69.99 for the tranny oil change.

I like the drain plug idea. I wonder why the factory doesn't make it a stock item?

Oh I better go open my garage so Hammer can come drink my beer. Hehe

16.5 quarts total in my 05 Hemi 4x4. Save a little because you'll need a topoff.

This was a pretty informational thread! I give it a 8.5 and I'm a tough judge.

if i can get it done myself i'm not paying someone else to do it. I have never paid for any type of fluid change and dont plan on ever paying.

well want to put my 2 cents in. i work at a dealer and we charge $219.95 for bg synthtic fluid flush 16 quarts. or $169.95 for atf+4 flush 16 quarts. the synthetic fluid makes the transmision run cooler. i have added a trans temp gauge in factory pod to moniter it does work.

i pull a 32 foot travel trailer weighing 7800 pounds.
