Default quick question

I just pulled my bed liner out and realized the tie downs go back in the old holes. Does a truck without a liner have tie downs and a plastic pieces behind it? I'm trying to sell my liner and would like to keep the tie downs.

Keep just cleat (tie down) and the torx head bolts. The black offset bracket and hex head bolts and the oval plastic piece go with the bedliner.

I had the dealer take the plastic crap out of mine when i bouth it and had it Rhino Lined. It has the plastic tie downs in the front and back (4 total) on the sides. That is all that is their, they look to be directly bolted into the bed so i can't see if their is plastic behind them. The tiedowns look like Boat dock tie downs. I do have an 05 and it may be different on different years i'm not sure

Ok great. Thanks.
From the factory, did it just have plug in the hole between the bolts?
