Door Damage
By the look of those pics, the scratches look to be more surface than down to the metal. You could take it to a good detail place and have them wet sand and buff it out. This would be the cheapest route. Most detailing places will do a job like that for around $100 - $200 bucks. If the scratches are to the metal and you can feel this, a body shop will charge that per door to get it painted. Not as expensive as you would think.
Well that is good. I figured it would be more expensive than that. It is a nice truck, and a good deal. Just the body damage kind of worried me. Does anyone have a carfax account?

a good rule of thumb for scratches that i was told by my body guy....
lightly drag your finger nail perpendicular to the scratch, if you finger nail gets hung up in the scratch it needs to be repainted, if your fingernail glides over it, a good body guy can buff it out

If this truck is at a dealer, make HIM fix it. They appear to be only cosmetic, but still, let him know that you are interested in the truck, and a deal closer would be for him to have it repaired.
If a private sale, use it to get the price down as much as you can, then repair them ysourself, they are only surface scraches. Some rubbing compound, fine sand paper, polishing compound, touch up paint & a little elbow grease and from 5 feet away you'd never know they were there... I don't even think any of them are deep enough to have to mess with bondo or any other type of filler, just the paint should bring them up even.

It almost looks like there is a slight dent following the scrathes. If you have to paint the doors, to do it right you will have to have the entire door recleared after touch up. Both doors, about $400.
