Default Jet Chips

Just thought i would get other peoples opinion on what these do. I wouldn't mind ordering one. I want the superchips tuner but i have heard they don't do much for the 4.7L. If anyone has/or knows about Jet Chips, please help me out. I am thinking about ordering one just don't know if i should order a Stage I or a Stage II.

i thought i read somewhere that the jet chip is offset by the pcm after few hundred miles and you hve to reflash again. may be just on the hemi or it may be false all together. i'd look into it before purchasing though.

I have heard too many stories that the Jet chip either does nothing, or even actually loses power on the dyno! I would stay away. I have the Superchips for the wife's 4.7 Durango, and it is money well spent IMO.
