Hey Guys I need a little help , I have a 2004 Dodge 2500 CTD ,where is the horn relay , my horn is blowing again ,I have removed the fuse ,doing this the dealer told me I am puting the circuit into defalt ,witch is draining my Batteries they have told me ?
