First of all you might want to wait more than 45 minutes to ask anyone, especially when most of us are at work during the day. It gets irritating.

Second of all its not going to be all plug and play, if you dont have power windows locks or seats you'll most likely have to run all the wires. Also if you dont have the windows already you'll need to get the window accuator, and motor and wire those in.

If your going from a bench seat to bucket seats, you'll probably have to make new holes to bolt up the seats. Its really hard to say without actually looking at both interiors.

Not sure what problems you would have. It should be a bolt in kinda thing IF all the wiring is prewired. soometimes it is setup with the wires already run. IF not you will have to get the wiring for the powered seats. THe center consol has only 1 major connection and that is the power rplug in the compartment. Just make sure you are careful as the wires are small and weak. I've pulled my center consel out once but that was to mod it to fix a 12" Sub. the seats should be a simple bolt in process.... if your doing the BACK seats as well.... you will have a lot of fun with that as it is heavy! I had to pull mine to place my amp behind them and it took me and a buddy to get it in and out....... hope this helps a little....

Have you considered selling your truck and replacing it with a used Laramie? It just sounds like a lot of work to get all those features into a ST ram. Maybe you just have more time and knowledge than me. Red

As far as the electrical goes you would have to check and see not sure if Dodge use the same fuse block and leaves blanks or not for the wiring to hook it all up with you may need to change that out as well or wire it into another circuit.
