between the both of them(headers, throttle body)it gave the truck alot more bottom end (torque)thus it doesn't have to work as hard to climd hills an accelarate.i paid about $600. for the headers an $330. for the tb,i installed them myself.

Nastyram how much did your tb affect your milage? Or do you even notice a difference? Also, to anyone, how much gain could one expect from a electric fan kit?

i have a helix power tower spacer on my truck (5.7). i noticed minimal gains in gas mileage. did make the trucks exhaust note sound cool as hell, especially at higher rpms. also makes a cool whistle inbetween shifts. the helix is said to make minimal noise compared to other spacers. my girlfriend commented "it sounds like a race car". lol, women. anyway, as far as performance gains dont expect anything noticeable.

i've got the exact same thing, i tihnk the biggest oroblem is the absolutely terrible throttle response, you'll notice going anywhere that when you want to accelerate you seriously have to stomp on it tog et moving any faster, i can put my pedal 3/4 the way down and not go any faster

Okay quickie here... I want that off the line acceleration, is it better to powerbrake? What can I do to improve acceleration, TB or headers? I'm clueless. lol I honestly would rather just move on up into an SRT-10. Sounds easy enough eh??? =)
