My 1500 Ram '04 lost all electric power. I was installing an elec. break, 7-prong receptacle, for a trailer, when I notice that all of the electric to the truck was lost. No horn, light, power, everything. Can knot start truck.

I disconnect every wire I installed, but it’s in the same condition.

I ck all fuses, and they all in good condition.

Does any one have a clue what the problem is?

Is there a main fuse or relay, that might of popped?
Or would the on-board computer need resetting?

Can I solve this problem without going to the dealer?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
