Default Ipod interface

Does anybody know if there is an IPOD interface that I can use on my year of truck 03.I do have the Infinity system and was wondering if anybody knows if there is a connection on the back of my stereo? Any help would be great.

Yes you can there is a 10 pin hookup that was used for factory cd changers. Check out ebay, heres a link, just read through them, it looks like you have a few different choices...
