Default HEMI chugging?

Anyone ever step on the HEMI and it starts to chug? I mean, you feel it pull, then kinda slow down then pull, then slow down then it finally goes or is it just me? Uhhh... 2007 Ram. God, I hope there is no problem. I hate going to the dealer!!!

Could it be the torque management kicking in?

How about bad gasoline? Maybe you got some that has a little water in it. Red

It might be the electric throttle system (as opposed to a wire system) - it responds inconsistently. There were alot of complaints about it on a Charger forum.

Yeah, the drive by wire does takes a little getting used to, especially when cruising around town. But, when I stomp on it, she moves.

This happened to me when i first bouth my truck... took it to the dealer and they said it is because i'm using 87 gas. They told me the engine is designed to run on 89. 87 works in the engine but when you ask it to GO... it is lacking the octane needed to do this. Ever since i've put midrage gas in and never had the problem again. Mine is an 05 without MDS so it may be different on the MDS Hemi's....

OK, I have come to the conlsuion that it IS the gas! lol. Thanks guys! I have been using the 87 since I have been tight on cash. Now I'll not risk it and use 89+.
