How many rear differentials do I have
My Dealer did a maintenance service to my 4WD 1500 and they charged me $161.95 for Trans Fluid Kit&Oil change, $111.95 to change the Oil in my rear diff. & then charged me $111.95 to change my other rear diff. oil & $60.00 to change my Tranfer case oil. Do I really have 2 rear differentials or am I gettin' robbed?

To answer your question: Yes...you have 2 differentials on a 4x4 truck.
The transfercase is filled with ATF+4 and it's as simple as yank the drain plug, drain, open fill plug and fill. You're paying for mostly labor.
The prices you posted are all in the same ranges that my dealer quoted to me to do the same work, that I opted to do myself, less the trans service.
On a 4wd you have 2 diffs. One for the rear axle and one for the front axle. Usually people call it a front diff not a rear.
Price does sound high. But to be honest I don't know, I service them myself.

next time save yourself $400-500.
