Hello, My cruse control is not working, when it it dose manage to turn on ( grean light on dash ) none of the set, acell buttons work, coast, ect.

I'm curious if this is something I can fix, I don't have the time to go to the dealer, but I'm pretty sure the right ball joint is going, I'm getting all kinds of nosie over light bumps ( highway driving ) or it could be sway bar link and bushings.

Truck is a 06 2500 reg cab hemi 6sp.

 

I checked the fuses, all good, removed batt cables, reset the trucks pcm, cruse still not working, is thier a senor on the throtle body should check?

 

there is a throttle positioning sensor, on the throttle body, there are multiple wires that i had to fix on my truck, some are to cruise control though i dont know if your truck has the same setup as mine. take a look, cant hurt.
